When booking an appointment with one of our practitioners, please make sure to choose the clinic location you wish to be treated at. We have five different clinic locations:
Frederiksberg (2000) – Finsensvej 42 and Wilkensvej 41 Østerbro (2100) – Classensgade 11E v/Family Zoo Brøndby (2605) – Ved Lindelund 110 Værløse (3500) – Gyvelvej 11
You can see which clinic you are booking at, as the location is indicated after the practitioner’s name. For example, if you want to book an appointment with Hanna, you can see which clinic she works at after selecting the treatment type – e.g. First consultation, where you can choose between Hanna – Wilkensvej and Hanna – Finsensvej.

Practical information:
• If you need an urgent appointment, please call on weekdays between 8 AM–4 PM at +45 88 88 82 58
• Please bring a sheet and/or a large towel to help us minimise the use of disposable materials
• We operate outside the Danish public health system, so no referral is needed, and public subsidies are not available
• Do you have private health insurance? Most providers cover osteopathic treatment – but you need to secure approval before treatment begins
Cancellations:
• Appointments must be cancelled online at least 24 hours in advance – the same way as you booked
• We do not accept cancellations via email
• If you’re having trouble cancelling online, please call our phone service on weekdays between 8 AM–4 PM at +45 88 88 82 58 – the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies
Please note:
Our clinics are shoe-free zones to maintain better hygiene. Please remove your shoes when entering the waiting area – or use the blue shoe covers provided.
