When you book an appointment with one of our therapists, be aware of which clinic location you want to be treated at, as we have five different clinic locations, including in Frederiksberg, Østerbro, Sorø, Brøndby and Værløse.
You can see which clinic you book at, as this is indicated by the practitioner’s name. If you e.g. would like to book an appointment with Hanna at Q KLINIK Frederiksberg, then you must choose: Hanna Tomasdottir – Frederiksberg. If you would like to book an appointment with Malene at our Q KLINIK location at Østerbro v/Family Zoo, then you must choose Malene Asbjørn – Østerbro. If you would like to be treated by Mie at our Q KLINIC in Sorø, then you must choose Mie Lindholm – Sorø.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment to limit the number of clients in our waiting room. Bring a sheet and/or large towel so that we don’t have to use too many disposable sheets.
As we practice outside the Public Health Insurance, you do not need a referral from your General Practitioner and there is no public reimbursement, but do you have a private health insurance?
Alm. Brand, If forsikring, Lærerstandens Brandforsikring, Runa Forsikring, Bauta Forsikring, PFA, Sygeforsikringen “danmark”, Danica, Tryg, Topdanmark, Codan and Dansk Sundhedssikring are among the insurance companies that reimburse some of the costs for osteopathic treatment. You must ensure that you have obtained authorization for the reimbursement of the osteopathic treatment, from your insurance company, before you begin your treatment.
Cancellation MUST BE DONE ONLINE no later than 24 hours before treatment, otherwise the full fee for the treatment will be charged. We do NOT accept cancellations via email. If you have trouble canceling your appointment online, you can contact our Backup Service, phone number: 88 88 82 58, between 8-16 on weekdays. The 24-hour cancellation rule also applies when you call our Backup Service.
