Reimbursement for treatment

You do not need a referral to be treated at Q KLINIK. Our consultations are not covered by the public health insurance, and therefore there is no public Reimbursement for our treatment.

Most health insurance companies, and even accident insurance policies, partially or fully cover your treatment costs. Always contact your insurance company before your first appointment with us.

Health Insurance ‘Danmark’

Health Insurance ‘Danmark’ provides subsidies for its members at the following rates:

Physiotherapy: First consultation: DKK 133
Physiotherapy: Follow-up consultations: DKK 88
Osteopathy: First consultation: DKK 175
Osteopathy: Follow-up consultations: DKK 125

Insurance companies

Most insurance companies cover osteopathy through health or accident insurance. Many insurance companies also partially cover physiotherapy costs that are not included in public health insurance agreements.

Always contact your insurance company before starting your treatment. Typically, you will pay for your treatment upfront and then send your invoice to the insurance company. We report directly to organizations such as Health Insurance ‘Danmark’ and a few others, after which you will receive reimbursement to your account. We also collaborate with PFA, where we settle directly for the insurance portion, so you only need to pay the difference.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made online by logging into your profile, exactly as you would when booking an appointment online, at least 24 hours before the treatment starts. Otherwise, the normal fee for the treatment will be charged.

We do not accept bookings or cancellations via email. However, you can call our phone service on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM if you need help canceling or booking a new appointment at +45 88888258.
