Hanna

Aut. Osteopath DO M.D.O. Aut. Physiotherapist, Master in Positive Psychology & Master Student in Headache Disorders

Hanna only treats at our Q KLINIK Frederiksberg. Please choose: Hanna Frederiksberg when you wish to book an appointment with Hanna.

Co-owner of Q KLINIK

Ever since I studied physiotherapy, I have been interested in treating symptoms related to pregnancy & postpartum. There is not enough focus on the challenges that pregnant women & women who have given birth, may experience, which can result in long-term pain or discomfort if they do not receive optimal treatment & guidance. This requires a combination of manual treatment, guidance in exercises, training & healthy lifestyle – and how to cultivate mental well-being.

I have also gained extensive experience in the treatment of sports & overuse injuries, headaches & migraines, as well as stress-related symptoms.

I am the lucky mother of two lovely young men. In addition to my work at the clinic I am the President of the Danish Osteopathic Association (Danske Osteopater), President of the European Federation & Forum for Osteopathy (EFFO) and Health Columnist at SØNDAG, a Danish weekly magazine for women.

Marie-Louise

Aut. Osteopath DO M.D.O. & Aut. Physiotherapist

Marie-Louise only treats at our Q KLINIK Frederiksberg. Please choose: Marie-Louise Frederiksberg when you book an appointment with Marie-Louise.

I have specialized is the treatment of women, babies & children, as this patient group has always interested me greatly. The treatment of infants is very complex & it requires further training to be able to examine & treat safely and effectively.

I have therefore chosen to further my education through courses to help the little ones in the best possible way & be updated on the latest knowledge.

Many of my female patients come with pelvic-related genes from before, during & after pregnancy & it is amazing to assist in relieving their pain. In addition, I see many gynecological patients. I am very privileged to have a close interdisciplinary collaboration with gynecologist Henrik Vittrup. I am so lucky to be the mother of 2 beautiful girls who fill my life with joy.

Simone

Aut. Physiotherapist & Osteopathic student

Simone treats at both our Q KLINIK Frederiksberg and Østerbro. Therefore, remember to choose Simone Frederiksberg or Simone Østerbro when booking an appointment.

Many women experience that they must reduce or even stop physical activities for one reason or the other.

I am passionate about helping you who experience pain, discomfort or other problems that prevent you from living the active life you dream of after pregnancy, illness, or injuries. I am also passionate about helping babies who experience issues in the very first years of life. My focus is to get you back to an everyday life without pain and where there are no restrictions in your physical activities or to help open the door to a new adventure with physical activity. Because a pregnancy, pain in the knee or something completely different should not be preventing you from having a life with everyday physical activity.

I have a background as a professional athlete in athletics, and I know how it feels when the body gives up and when it is not possible to do what you want due to pain. Whether you are a professional athlete or enjoy a run in the woods a few times a week, it is precisely the same frustration you feel when you cannot do the things you love.

I am in the last year of my osteopath education and will finish in the summer of 2024. Four educational years have opened my eyes to a more holistic and coherent way of looking at the body. Understanding how the different systems in the body affect each other and work together adds up to a higher unity and what happens when something is out of balance.

My final thesis deals with the effect of osteopathic treatment on postpartum pain in women who have had a caesarean section and the various problems they experience.

Privately, I live with my boyfriend in Frederiksberg.
